Sporty look today on the blog ;-). I haven’t published sporty outfits before, but recently I said to myself – why not? I like exersizes, and to do them it is necessary to wear comfortable clothes. This time it is a proposal how to dress up for jogging or walking – leggins, hoodie and runner shoes. We have finally spring, time to improve your physical condition before summer :-). I started at the beginning of March. Regularly I am doing exercises for the abdomen, legs and arms. I introduced to the diet more fruit (kiwi, oranges), also I often go out for a short oxygenating walks.
I urge you to do the same, and a new outfit for sure will improve your mood and mobilize for action 🙂
